It was rumored that Blackberry Playbook will hit the shelves in first quarter of the year but the real story has gone little different and Research In Motion seems not to going for this launch during the first quarter of the year instead of it the expected launch date of the RIM Blackberry Tablet will be around 10th of April 2011. Apparently the QNX platform isn’t completely ready yet and it will only turn Gold master on 31st of March.
This means that all early adopters will be prompted to do a software update right after they power their Playbooks on. Now we are pretty excited about the BlackBerry Playbook and its cool new platform so let’s hope that will be the last delay and we’ll really be able to see it in the market next month.
